Set up time will begin at 10am on Saturday, July 11.
There are no tables, WIFI, or electricity available to vendors.
This festival is outside. You are responsible for your own shelters and set up. Shelters MUST be secured with weights. No stakes are allowed in the grass - weights are REQUIRED for your tent, at least 50 lbs. per leg.
Spaces will be measured, marked, and assigned. Spaces are approximately 10' by 10'.
No sales of guns, ammo, or alcohol allowed.
No illegal activities. Vendor agrees to abide by all Federal and State laws, City of Hudsonville ordinances, rules, and regulations.
The City of Hudsonville, Inclusive Ottawa County, Ottawa Area Center For Pride, Hudsonville Area Pride Committee, and all members may not be held liable for injuries/accidents to any person of belonging by any other person or belonging.
Damages caused by acts of nature are assumed by the vendor.
All state and local taxes, licenses, and permits are the responsibility of the vendor.
No smoking or alcohol are allowed on the property.
Abusive behavior/language will not be tolerated. You will be asked to leave immediately.
No refunds will be given after June 11th.
If your payment is returned due to non-sufficient funds, you are responsible for the original amount due, plus a $30 NSF fee, payable in cash. No checks are accepted after one NSF.
